Return Guidelines

  1. Return Window:
    Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Condition of Returned Items:
    Products and their packaging must be in unused, original condition.

  3. Usage Policy:
    Items may be tested, but should not be used extensively to qualify for a return.

Refund Details

  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Guidelines

  1. Time Frame:
    Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

  2. Product Condition:
    Items must be returned in perfect, unopened condition with all original packaging.

  3. Usage Policy:
    Light testing is acceptable, but heavily used products will not be eligible.

Fees & Timeline

  • Exchange Fee: AED 25 will be charged for all exchanges.

  • Processing Time: Up to 8 working days for completion.

  • Price Differences:

    • If the new item costs more, we’ll provide a payment link for the difference.

    • If it costs less, the difference will be credited to your account wallet for future purchases.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order before it is shipped, contact us immediately at:

If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, you must return the product before a refund can be processed. In this case, the original shipping fee will be non-refundable.

Exclusions

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • During promotional periods, shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item received is faulty.

  • Refunds due to change of mind or wrong size selection will be issued after deducting actual shipping charges.
