Where is my order? 

 

If your order has already shipped, our system/ team will notify you via your registered email address. 

If your order is still being processed, you will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation once it has dispatched.


Where is my order confirmation?

 

The order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address. If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at our contact page section just in case there’s a problem with your order.


Please check your spam folder before contacting us.

 

Can I edit my order?

 

If your order hasn't shipped yet, or you haven't received a shipping notification, you can request changes such as the size, color, and quantity. Just contact us at contact page section and include your order number.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to make changes.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, simply email us at contact us page section with your order number. Please note, as long as your order has not shipped, or you have not received a shipping notification, your order can be canceled.

Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.

Usually, your order will ship within 1 business day, rest assured it will still arrive on time, as promised.

Currently, we ship to all over Middle East including UAE, KSA, QATAR.

To exchange an item, please ensure its within 7 days of your purchase and that the product is in flawless condition. Reach out to our support team at Contact page section with the specifics of your request.

Please note that customers are responsible for postage fees for exchanges. However, if you've received an incorrect product, let us know and provide a photo. In this case, we'll cover the postage.
